Information we collect
- Quote request details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and the project information you enter (driveway size, finish, base condition, estimate and timeframe).
- Technical and usage data: collected automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, via our hosting provider and any analytics we use.
How and why we use it
- To match you with installers and pass your enquiry to them so they can provide quotes — our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the quote form.
- To operate, secure and improve the site and respond to your messages — our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running the service.
- To comply with the law where we are legally required to.
Who we share it with
When you request quotes, we share the details you provide with one or more third-party resin driveway installers so they can contact you with a quote. Each installer is an independent business and an independent controller of your data once we pass it to them. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf — including Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal data for unrelated purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries only as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and to handle any queries, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
